Modification to a statutory proposal to revise the capacity of a new secondary school to replace Wombwell High School and the Fo

The adjudicator, Mr Andrew Baxter, approved the modification for the revised capacity of the new school as this will represent better value for the planned capital expenditure and avoid the school's having to operate with surplus places, and will enable the school to operate more efficiently.
